Harpal from Genesis Biotech reached out in September 2014 because they needed a designer for an ongoing relationship. They were launching a new business focused on medical devices for the Australian pharmaceutical market and had their brand sorted, but needed someone to handle all their packaging and design work.

They needed packaging design for their product range first, then brochures and product sheets to go with them. Since they were entering the pharmaceutical market, everything had to look right for pharmacies. I started with the packaging design, which meant researching the medical device industry to understand the standards and expectations. Once the packaging was established, we expanded into brochures, product sheets, and other marketing materials that would support their market entry. Everything needed to work together and maintain consistency across their product range.

Since 2014, I’ve been their go-to person for all design work. Over the years, we’ve worked on print design including brochures, catalogues, presentations, and signage. We’ve also developed packaging for several new medical device products as they’ve expanded their range, and even created additional brands to work alongside their original one.

The relationship has covered everything from web banners and app icons to complete product launches. It’s been a long-term partnership where I handle whatever design needs come up.
